Twitter Tries To Cancel Metropolis Women JT As a result of Of Problematic Previous Tweets !!

JT, a hemp from popular rap group City Girls, is on a bad trend on Twitter this morning. MTO News has learned that people have been pulling up some old tweets from JT and are hoping the handsome rapper will be canceled.

The tweets are all from before the City Girls explosion and are definitely tasteless.

Here are just a few of the tweets:

City Girls are an American hip-hop duo from Miami, Florida, consisting of Yung Miami (born Caresha Romeka Brownlee on February 11, 1994) and JT (born Jatavia Shakara Johnson on December 3, 1992).

They caught attention after making an uncredited appearance on Drake's hit "In My Feelings." Her debut studio album Girl Code (2018) spawned the platinum-certified singles "Twerk" and "Act Up". Her second studio album, City on Lock, was released in 2020.

JT was detained at the FCI Tallahassee for fraudulent credit card charges after contacting the authorities. She served a two-year prison term and was released on March 21, 2020.

To celebrate their release, JT released a track called "JT First Day Out". In the song, she calls out to Yung Miami and raps, "I was a real slut before the fed case / Yung Miami held me, that's a bitch ace / And if a bitch tries it, it's a cold case."

Some celebrities expressed dissatisfaction with the artist's imprisonment; Trina wore a t-shirt that said "Free JT" and Drake posted "Free my shorty" on Instagram.
