Tory Lanez, to PLEASE TAKE PLEASE during Meghan shooting; No prison, “offense”! (Details)

The saga between Tory Lanez and Meghan The Stallion will end in a few days, MTO Mews has learned.

According to multiple sources near Tory, the Canadian rapper is about to pledge a deal with California prosecutors that would leave him with ZERO jail, no criminal convictions, and just a few hours of community service.

MTO News spoke to a person they knew and explained the status of the case. The insider told MTO News, “Tory will claim the negligent unloading of a firearm. A misdemeanor, no jail sentence, just community service.”

This plea was intended to end a very MEDIUM situation where Meghan claims Tory allegedly shot her in the foot.

California law provides harsh penalties for negligent firing of a gun – and technically, it could be charged as either a misdemeanor or a felony.

In Tory’s case, the MTO News insider tells us it was a misdemeanor. The negligent discharge of PC 246.3 results in a maximum imprisonment of one (1) year. If charged as a criminal offense, this could result in sixteen (16) months, two (2) years, or three (3) years imprisonment in the county jail.

However, Tory’s plea does not appear to have a jail sentence.
