American Music Awards 2020: See full record of nominations

It's almost time for the 2020 American Music Awards!

The nominees for the big event were announced on Monday, October 26th Dua Lipa The announcement of the candidates in three categories will be made live on Good Morning America.

The weeknd and Roddy Ricch Earns most nominations with eight nods to each. Megan Thee stallion closely followed with five nominations and Bad Rabbit, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and Taylor Fast received four nods each. First-time nominations DaBaby and Doja Cat also secured four nominations.

Some new categories have also been introduced. This included the favorite artist (rap / hip-hop) as well as the favorite artist, the favorite artist, the favorite album and the favorite song (Latin).

How do you earn an AMA nomination? The nominees are based on key fan interactions reflected in the Billboard chart numbers and include streaming, album and digital song sales, radio airplay and social activities from September 27, 2019 to September 24, 2020. Then it's up to the fans to vote for the winner.

Viewers can see which artists are taking home a trophy by watching the award ceremony live at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 22nd at 8:00 p.m. EST / PST on ABC.
