In the course of our work we follow the following steps:

 

Step 1: Onsite preparation

We follow the exact same process no matter what size concrete slab we're working on. For all projects, we clean up the area. We clean the area and dispose of debris so that we can begin from scratch. We make sure that all the items are in good condition to use in the process of preparation. The transportation of materials is scheduled before actually work can begin. This allows us finish the work within the deadline we have established.

 

Step 2: Reinforce concrete slab with steel, and then construct concrete forms.

When the area is clean and ready, we move on by putting in concrete forms using wire mesh. Concrete forms are sturdy barriers that help hold concrete mix in place. Step 3: Mixing Concrete Mix

Step 4: Pouring Concrete

After mixing concrete, we place a concrete slab on the molds. To ensure that there are no air pockets, we take care to pour the mix of concrete. Air pockets result from the mortar not being fully filled with the aggregate. Concrete is poured by making sure the mortar is evenly distributed throughout the shape.
